• Troubleshooting, debugging and resolving wireless, switching and other networking issues reported by customers • Monitoring proactive alerts, developing comprehensive playbooks, and taking decisive action to resolve customer issues before they escalate • Partnering with engineering teams to escalate and resolve critical bugs • Partnering with Field Application Engineering and Operations teams to assist in configuration changes and documentation for new deployments • Acquiring and analyzing wired and wireless packet captures to analyze root causes of issues • Documenting network changes • Publishing internal and customer-facing knowledge base articles • Collaborating with engineering teams on feature requests to improve workflows
