• Provide expert technical support for x86 computer hardware, including servers, GPUs, and networking equipment • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to server performance, hardware failures, and network connectivity • Assist customers with Infiniband and switch configurations • Guide customers through the deployment and management of clusters • Manage and troubleshoot Linux systems and configurations • Create and use scripts to solve issues and help customers debug problems • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems • Document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately in the support database • Continuously update knowledge base articles to reflect new solutions and best practices • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support • Travel to customer sites for deployment or troubleshooting as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience • Proven experience in a technical support or engineering role, preferably in the IT hardware industry • Strong knowledge of x86 hardware architecture and server components • Experience with GPU configurations and troubleshooting • Familiarity with Infiniband technology and switch management • Solid understanding of network switch and router configurations • Proficiency in Linux system management and troubleshooting • Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and debugging purposes • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as needed • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus • Experience with rack-level integration or testing • Experience in data center deployment or working with data centers
