• Lead the sales process end-to-end from qualifying customers to closing and account expansion • Qualify Customers: Understand customer problems, qualify those within our ICP, and using your industry and product knowledge • Prospecting: Prospect new customers from signups and reach out across multiple channels. Implement and experiment on methods to source, activate, and close deals, ensuring customer delight • Revenue Goals: Achieve sales milestones and targets • Account Expansion: Identify current customers that are expansionary opportunities and upsell
• SaaS Sales Experience: At least 2 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record in a startup environment, preferably in the early stages (Seed to Series B) • Leadership in Scaling Sales: Demonstrated experience in scaling sales operations from the ground up, including setting up sales processes, CRM systems, and building a sales team • Achievement of Significant Sales Targets: History of meeting or exceeding significant sales targets, with the ability to close deals of varying sizes, and achieving rapid sales growth • Building Customer Relationships: Strong experience in building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in businesses, preferably in developer-facing products • Strategic Sales Planning: Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution of sales strategies, including market analysis, segmentation, and targeted outreach • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using sales analytics and CRM tools to guide strategy and decision-making
