• The first recruiter on the ground in the US, you will help our GM build their team • Partner with tech & business hiring managers to find world-changing talent for Mistral • Maniacal about finding the best talent and bringing it to Mistral • Charged with finding unique candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for success • Responsible for guiding candidates through the hiring process and introducing them to the magic of working at Mistral • Contribute to shaping the recruitment process and TA machinery
• 7+ years of experience in research at an executive search or recruiting experience within a corporate environment • No ego and highly committed to deliver • Able and keen to jump from strategic topics to very hands-on work • Track record of recruiting in business & tech roles • Experience in complex recruiting and autonomous hiring in outbound contexts • Experience working to recruit in highly competitive talent markets • Open learning mindset and fast learner with capacity to quickly grasp new subject matter • Capability, credibility, and consultative skills to influence senior colleagues • Brand of personal accountability, drive, work ethics • Proficiency with Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GoodTime (or equivalent scheduling systems) • Strong written and verbal communication • Comfortable working within the ambiguity of a small, growing startup • Target driven, detail oriented, and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands • Self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and takes initiative and risks
