• Proactively source new opportunities through research, inbound inquiries, and outbound efforts to conference and corporate events producers • Develop a deep understanding of Mixhalo products and their value proposition • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client pain points and requirements • Manage and update customer information in the CRM system (Salesforce) • Collaborate with other teams to align strategies and enhance client experience • Stay informed about industry trends, competing products, and emerging opportunities
• Previous inside sales experience in a conference / live event producer space is highly preferred • Proficiency in Salesforce and ZoomInfo preferred • A clear and effective communicator in both written and verbal formats • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, self motivated, and self directed • Startup experience is a plus • Embrace the Mixhalo values of Passion, Ambition, Continuous Improvement, and Teamwork
