Description
• Process and compile weekly accounts payable • Process large volume of daily invoices, credit memos and statements • Review and reconcile weekly and monthly statements from vendors • Communicate and follow through with vendors for inquiries, payment and accounts payable issues • Process and compile transfers of merchandise within the company • Compile weekly accounts payable related reports to management • Compile and update accounts payable procedures periodically • Other accounts payable duties as assigned
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as an Accounting Clerk • Ability to handle a high volume of invoices and various deadlines on a weekly basis • Detail-oriented, organized and efficient time management skills • Proficiency in Excel and Word • Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus • Local candidates only
