ā¢ Developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales forecasts, and tracking performance against KPIs. ā¢ Lead trade, pricing, and promotion planning, ensuring their effectiveness. ā¢ Partner with Finance to manage trade spend, evaluate promotions, and ensure timely, accurate reporting. ā¢ Support Sales teams with data analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting to drive revenue growth. ā¢ Ensure proper use of trade promotion management (TPM) systems and tools, providing insights and supporting sales strategies.
ā¢ Proven experience in sales and trade planning and management, forecasting, and performance reporting. ā¢ Ability to manage trade plans, optimize trade spend, and improve customer profitability. ā¢ Experience conducting data analysis to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities. ā¢ Strong track record in improving sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. ā¢ Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver high-quality results, even under tight deadlines, without compromising on standards
