Description
• Lead strategic cross functional growth initiatives for One Medical for Business • Inform strategic decisions and investments by building and using analytics solutions leveraging data from our current customer base and other sources across One Medical • Support the design and execution of Amazon’s healthcare strategy integrating One Medical into Amazon Health Services • Develop C-level strategic plans • Manage a team of strategy and analytics resources • Build management tools to help account teams and senior leadership diagnose, investigate, solve current-state issues, and predict future needs • Collaborate with our product and data engineering teams to curate the enterprise data pipeline, ensure its stability, and design out new features • Participate in client discussions to deliver insights and lead collaboration on future joint analytical efforts • Design analytics solutions that tell the One Medical story to our clients, with a focus on providing meaningful and actionable insights
Requirements
• 6+ years commercial growth experience in strategy or consulting roles; 4 years if a minimum of 2 years experience from a top tier strategy consulting firm • Analytics expertise in SQL, Excel, Data Visualization tools (ex. Tableau) • Experience managing a small team • Flexible thinking and adaptability
