• This position is also open for our Scotts Valley office. • Reports to CSO and located in Scotts Valley or San Francisco, California or Minneapolis, Minnesota or Austin, Texas. • Focused on high-velocity sales cycles to drive new mid-market customer acquisition. • Manage, develop, and coach a team of approximately 8 Account executives. • Provide day-to-day coaching & professional development, including team meetings, weekly 1:1 meetings, and call coaching sessions.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services. • Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and be a real team player. • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment. • 5+ years of technology related sales or business development experience in mid market high velocity SaaS. • Minimum of 2 years in Sales Leadership roles. • BA/BS degree required.
