• Provide HR support and management of leave of absences and accommodations programs • Develop and maintain HR leave processes • Explain leave processes, pay and benefits to employees and management • Manage documentation and correspondence for leaves and work restrictions • Evaluate and discuss concerns with HR and management • Coordinate leaves and work restrictions • Track and report leaves of absence • Escalate issues and maintain employee statuses in HRIS
• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Entry-level knowledge of HR regulations • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication • Conflict resolution and coaching skills preferred • Ability to use sound judgment, discretion, and diplomacy in dealing with highly confidential issues • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously • Ability to work independently, consistently follow-up with employees on commitments and meet deadlines • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Ensure a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Outlook • Previous HRIS experience; manufacturing or medical device industry experience preferred
