• Oversee a team responsible for sourcing and closing new business to regularly meet and exceed sales goals. • You will lead & evaluate team forecasting, account assignment, and drive quota achievement, performance metrics, and deliver mentoring and feedback promptly to keep individuals and teams on track. • Be a key contributor to product enhancements, process improvements and land and expand strategies • Help to build relationships with agency and client direct contacts. • Assist your team in performing in person presentations to media professionals, creating RFP’s, and closing accounts.
• 8 to 12 years in digital ad sales with a minimum of 3 years leading a sales team within the Advertising Industry (preferably at a DSP or Trading Desk). • Deep understanding of the fundamentals of online advertising processes and technology • Strong sales, recruiting, leadership, organizing, and planning skills to manage a team • This role interacts with clients and cross-functional teams daily. • Strong presentation skills are a requirement • Highly motivated and flexible individual with a proven ability to set and attain aggressive goals and drive projects to successful and timely delivery.
