• Drive impact by building and supporting the engine that hires strong, diverse talent. • Manage a recruiting team of three, support their success and development, and influence change. • Prioritize and execute the programmatic elements needed to build a scalable recruiting engine.
• Deep experience (8+ years) in recruiting, with an emphasis on technical roles and talent • Strong leadership abilities, with 3+ years of experience managing teams of strong, senior recruiters • Experience in a high-growth tech startup • Passion for partnering with internal stakeholders to create the highest quality recruiting process end-to-end • Enough understanding to prioritize and support work on employer brand, recruiting tools and processes, DE&I initiatives, metrics tracking, and sourcing and closing strategies. • An empathetic and involved leader, excited to build trust and close partnership with our growing recruiting team to set each member up for success • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-backed decisions; considering the quality of hires along with volume and speed • Someone very comfortable navigating startup ambiguity and adapting to evolving business needs • Excellent communication, and the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization • We're looking for someone to work out of our San Francisco office (in SOMA) 2 to 3 days per week.
