• Develop and implement marketing strategy to build brand awareness and drive user acquisition • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our platform’s reach and user base • Develop and negotiate strategic partnerships and collaborations • Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to optimize the sales process
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably within the fintech or crypto industry • Technical understanding of crypto and developer tools • Strong experience in building and managing high-performing teams • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
