• ReSource Pro is seeking an HR Business Partner • Responsible for project managing all talent related initiatives • Ensure talent-related initiatives meet expected project timelines • Partner with Tech and Finance Leadership to identify new and updated roles • Establish defined career-pathing across Tech and Finance sub-departments • Serve as the Talent SME on Tech and Finance Division needs • Support Compensation Analyst with market compensation studies • Lead project manager for Talent deliverables in the Tech and Finance Divisions • Partner closely with M&A team and Talent leadership on acquisitions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Business, or related field • 10-12 years of Human Resources experience • 5+ years of experience with large-scale organization redesign projects, preferably within Tech and/or Finance departments • SHRM-SCP/SPHR OR Human Resources designation preferred • Travel will be required
