Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Business Operations to lead our operations team. • You will play a pivotal role in determining our operations growth strategy and leading a growing team to execute that strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business operations, ideally within the defense or technology industries. • Proven track record of scaling operations within a fast-growing start-up, including managing multi-location facilities and growing employee headcount rapidly. • Strong understanding of defense-related security requirements and regulations, with experience in creating a compliant and secure operational environment. • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to build and lead diverse, cross-functional teams, and create alignment across departments. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to maintain productive relationships with internal teams, senior leadership, and external partners or regulatory bodies. • Experience in driving operational efficiency and using data to inform process improvements and scalability
