• Integral part of Udemy’s Monetization team, managing promotions strategy and workflow • Own the global promotional campaign calendar • Lead campaign strategy and kickoffs for success • Conduct analysis of user behavior and promotional strategies • Plan, design, and implement A/B and multivariate tests • Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on KPIs • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and data analytics • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights. • Proficiency in SQL or analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau & Mode • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
