• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with Sanas’s mission and business goals • Craft compelling stories that highlight the impact of Sanas’s speech-to-speech AI technology • Lead the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring all brand touchpoints reflect Sanas’s values and vision • Conduct market research to understand our target audience, competitors, and industry trends • Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, agencies and stakeholders fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms and communications • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build alignment and buy-in for brand initiatives • Navigate challenges and changes with flexibility and resilience • Establish KPIs to measure the success of brand initiatives and creative campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred) • 7+ years of experience in brand management, creative direction, or a similar role • Proven track record of building and managing successful brands, particularly in the tech industry • Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and campaigns that align with brand strategy • Experience leading and mentoring creative teams • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities • Deep understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies
