• SHMA is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to play a pivotal role in the highly anticipated launch of AFEELA in 2026. This strategic position will lead the execution of successful sales programs and shape best practices across the organization, delivering on sales goals. You will be a visionary leader, orchestrating strategies to solidify SHMA's presence and unlock brand growth.
• Bachelor’s degree (any relevant field) • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in leading and executing sales strategies. • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into compelling insights and recommendations • Proven track record of executing and optimizing impactful sales strategies that deliver measurable business results • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, reporting dashboards, BI tools, and related software • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Collaborative spirit and ability to effectively build relationships across internal and external stakeholders
