• The Sr. Product Manager will have the primary responsibility to manage product lines from development to commercialization to support the growth of the business through new product introductions worldwide. This individual will focus on both upstream and downstream product management activities, working closely with cross-functional product development teams to bring products to commercialization. • The Sr. Product Manager must act and conduct company business in an honest, ethical, and strictly legal manner, complying with the Code of Conduct, other company policies, the AdvaMed Code, and all applicable laws and regulations, whether national, regional, state, or local.
• 7+ years of product management, product marketing or sales experience, ideally in the medical device industry (a plus if in spine or ortho). • Hands-on experience in fast-growth commercial environment. Experience with both large (established) and small companies a plus. • Superior written and verbal communicator coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills are critical. • Able to work in a high-performing team environment and possess a demonstrated ability to multi-task and accommodate changing priorities within compressed timelines. • Demonstrated self-starter, with ability to work independently and prioritize time and resources. • Previous experience working in a matrix environment and cross-functionally. • Highly skilled with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
