• Responsible for leading and scaling the People Operations function. • Develop and implement comprehensive people strategies aligned with the company’s business and growth objectives. • Provide strategic direction and support to the executive team on all people-related matters. • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational structure, change management, and employee development. • Oversee full cycle recruitment functions. • Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and global (EMEA) employment laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus. • 15+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Proven experience in a high-growth startup or tech environment. • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results. • Passion for fostering a positive company culture and enhancing the employee experience.
