• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers. • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates. • Assist in posting job openings on job boards. • Maintain an up-to-date record of candidate information in the ATS. • Provide administrative support to the Talent Team on-site. • Work closely with hiring managers for interviews coordination. • Ensure candidates have a positive experience during interviews. • Support other HR functions as needed.
• 0-1 year of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative roles. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheet, Docs). • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask. • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment.
