• During this three-month temp to hire role, you will undergo training in development to gain a comprehensive understanding of full-cycle recruitment. • You'll engage in hands-on projects encompassing tasks from sourcing to candidate outreach. • Upon completion of the training and demonstration of your proficiency, you will be well-prepared for a possibility of a returning full-time permanent position, equipped to excel in your role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Stats, or other fields. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred but not required. • Familiarity with staffing/recruitment processes and industry best practices is a plus. • Bilingual (Mandarin)
