• Conduct high volume outbound calls (150-250) to insurance agents/companies • Educate and sell company products and services to new and past clients • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline • Network and build relationships with new client base • Close deals to maintain and meet quotas • World-class inside sales training • User-friendly sales CRM • Be a part of a supportive and dedicated team • Work hard and play hard • Work in a dynamic and energetic environment • Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and administering all aspects of the human resources function for the Mid-Atlantic Region • Provide day-to-day management of the Employee Relations team
• Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, or other related fields • Strong phone and personnel skills • Deadline and detail-oriented • Ability to build rapport with clients • Strong negotiation skills • Bachelor’s degree• 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources • 1-3 years minimum in a Supervisory/Management role within Human Resources • HRIS system experience • Experience with Professional Development Plans
