Description
• Work directly with Iddris to organize, prioritize, and manage his daily schedule and tasks • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and manage internal and external communications on behalf of Iddris • Ensure efficient and effective time management to maximize Iddris’s productivity • Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion • Assist with planning, research, and administrative tasks as necessary • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective communication • Handle ad hoc projects as needed to support the dynamic needs of the company • Approach all tasks with a positive attitude and a willingness to get things done, regardless of the nature of the task
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field • Minimum 2 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably within the tech industry • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira • Proven ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
