Description
• Develop trusting relationships quickly • Think creatively about partnership opportunities, sponsorships, and event activations • Stay informed on latest trends in pop culture and entertainment • Draft, edit, and proofread various materials such as sponsorship decks, pitch materials, and client correspondence • Provide logistical support for client meetings • Monitor news cycles and competitor news for clients • Create and maintain lists for brand contacts, partnership recommendations, and status documents • Communicate effectively with senior staff • Assist in executing brand partnerships and sponsorship activations • Support administration of client accounts
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, media, entertainment, or public relations • Eagerness to learn integrated communications with a focus on brand integration • Strong writing and research skills • Networking and connection-building abilities in the entertainment industry • Strategic thinking and idea generation • Strong decision-making and accountability abilities • Curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects • Willingness to work select evenings/weekends and travel when necessary • Desire to overdeliver and take pride in positive contributions
