Description
• HR Business Partner overseeing key employee journey touch points • Develop and execute People initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle • Champion culture through engagement programs and recognition • Oversee performance appraisal process and ensure high talent standards • Collaborate with leadership to improve morale and increase retention • Address employee concerns empathetically while fostering inclusivity • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies • Manage all aspects of immigration processes
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field • Master’s Degree in HR or a related field preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or people operations • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills • HR certification is a plus • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company
