Description

• The job of an Administrative Assistant is to keep the firm running smoothly. • The optimal candidate should be able to effectively perform multiple tasks such as office operations and administrative functions, client servicing, marketing support, and executive support to the Partners of the firm. • Scheduling and maintenance of Client and Partners schedules • Oversee operation of office space, supplies, repairs & maintenance of equipment & furnishings • Ability to encourage the administrative team to achieve objectives • Work with all partners to coordinate staff meetings, training days, firm events • Work with outside vendors as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of administrative experience • Ability to multitask, delegate and prioritize while assisting the administrative team in a busy office environment • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software as well as key office/admin software applications • Excellent communication skills • Ability to make decisions with little oversight • Extremely organized and ability to keep track of daily activities • Have a professional and respectful attitude toward everyone • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy • CPA firm experience a plus • Knowledge of accounting, payroll and clerical practices and procedures helpful
