• Lead a roster of accounts as a business owner. • Become an expert on The Trade Desk platform to offer insights on marketing strategies. • Collaborate with Sales & Trading functions to achieve client goals. • Develop relationships with brand and agency clients. • Own the training plan for onboarding new clients. • Lead tasks to move accounts forward. • Represent client needs to Product Management for improvements.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university. • At least 5 years of client-facing experience required. • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and understanding of their business objectives. • Effective time management skills. • Expertise in online advertising or a SAAS platform is a plus. • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). • Past experience in mentorship roles preferred. • Solid experience in Excel and MS Office.
