• Inside Sales Account Representative (ISR) responsible for achieving revenue growth objectives • Manage a territory via telephone • Make dozens of calls per day to distributors and integrators • Source new sales opportunities • Understand customer needs and requirements • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives • Maintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territory
• Networking industry or related industry preferred • Recommended minimum 2 years college or Sales Experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation • Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position • Strong oral, written, telephone and presentation skills • Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers • Familiarity in measuring and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and CRM • Based in Irvine CA
