• Establishing new trusted advisor relationships with both new prospects and strategically across existing customers • Optimizing time between driving incremental revenue in the near term as well as for the longer relationship horizon in partnership with customers • Finding and developing new teams, use cases, or opportunities to pursue • Research discovering, preparing, and collaborating with customers to align value to their business goals and objectives
• 6+ years prior experience in Major/Strategic account sales • Consistent practitioner of MEDDPICC + CoM (or similar) Value Selling framework • Experience leading the pursuit and delivery of executive level business cases • Exceptional internal/external communication, and followthrough • Track record of raising the bar: The first to…The largest… The most… etc. • Mortgage/fintech experience preferred but not required • Experience and desire for defining + building in the earlier stages of a strategic sales organization • An athlete’s mentality, to depended on and be depended on by the team • Strong preference for in office SF, but not a requirement for the right candidate
