Description
• Develop and implement regulatory strategies • Communicate regulatory requirements to internal stakeholders • Provide training on regulatory compliance • Conduct regular audits and inspections • Evaluate ingredients for regulatory compliance • Collaborate with R&D and quality assurance teams • Review and approve product labels • Liaise with government agencies for approvals • Monitor and analyze global regulatory trends • Develop strategies to adapt to international regulations
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in regulatory management or equivalent role • Strong expertise in the food and beverage industry • In-depth understanding of federal (FSMA, CGMP, NLEA, DSHEA) and state-specific regulations • Familiarity with Health Canada regulations is a plus • Ability to analyze complex regulatory requirements • Proactive problem-solving skills • Strong teamwork skills
