• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth • Partner across teams, including Product, Sales and Engineering, to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the AI infrastructure space to inform marketing strategies • Lead, mentor, and grow a team as the company grows, fostering a culture of curiosity, customer-centricity, and ownership • Create compelling positioning, differentiation from competitors, and value proposition, ensuring a consistent brand narrative across all channels • Research and identify customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and product differentiation, staying on top of industry trends and changes • Collaborate across teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring clear messaging and effective communication of product value propositions • Lead the creation of product marketing collateral, including one-sheets, case studies, videos, whitepapers, webinars, and presentations • Identify a public relations partner, and work together with them to establish a public relations strategy • Establish a content marketing strategy, including including blog posts, tutorials, videos, speaking engagements and partnerships, to establish Voltage Park as a leading voice in the industry • Lead the strategies for X, Linkedin, HackerNews, and other relevant platforms, including community engagement, follower growth, and reputation management • Identify resources for social media management and content creation as needed • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI • Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive qualified leads and customer engagement • Track, report on, and optimize campaign performance.
• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Proven experience in the AI, cloud computing, machine learning, or cloud infrastructure industries in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth • You’re comfortable being hands on, and have the ability to build out a team when the time is right • Experience building efficient processes from scratch • Experience partnering with stakeholders in driving business decision-making and product road mapping • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum impact • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree preferred
