•Growing food tech startup is looking for a HR Manager to lead and implement our human resources strategy for the company! •This HR manager will oversee all aspects of human resources for the company and overall HR strategy for the business as we grow. •This role will include coordinating and managing the company’s internal HR systems and functions specifically around payroll, benefits administration, leave requests, performance metrics, personnel management and other employee-related processes as required. •This role will also support Voyage as we grow and expand into a new manufacturing facility.
•At least 4 years’ experience within a similar HR or operations management role. •Excellent knowledge of Federal and California State labor laws •Proven experience developing clear and fair company HR policies, as well as experience designing compensation and benefits packages •Demonstrable ability to create and maintain productive, positive relationships through strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills •Strong time management and task prioritization skills, particularly in response to clearly-defined strategic goals and KPIs •Must have experience managing HR processes for hourly and part-time employees, as well as coordinating with temporary staffing agencies to meet fluctuating workforce needs.
