• Lead administrator for HR operations, strategic partner to executive leadership • Evaluate, recommend, develop, implement, and administer HR policies and programs • Oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, compensation, and benefits management • Serve as resource for employees in resolving conflicts and promoting positive culture
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of seven years of progressive HR experience • At least 3 years supporting executives in a senior management role with direct reports • Master’s Degree, JD, and/or HR certification (SHRM, SPHR) preferred • Demonstrated experience developing HR strategies and managing HR compliance • Experience or familiarity with union contract administration required • Experience in California preferred
