Description
• Effectively manage a high volume book of insurance business • Build positive client relationships and provide excellent service • Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and policies • Maintain understanding of markets, underwriting guidelines, and procedures • Review and coordinate renewal business information • Maintain strong administrative and computing skills • Work independently and interact with team members • Demonstrate effective communication skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and maintain discretion • Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred • Minimum three years of Commercial Account Management experience • Property & Casualty License required • Valid driver’s license and insurance required • Strong administrative and computing skills including Microsoft Office • Applied/Epic or similar agency management software experience preferred • Self-motivated, driven, and able to meet deadlines
Benefits
