Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in People Operations supporting entire employee lifecycle • 2+ years of experience managing immigration cases (H-1B, TN, F-1, O-1, Green Card, and UK visa cases preferred) • Strong process thinking ability • Able to program manage multiple projects simultaneously • Commitment to providing exceptional service to employees • Innovative mindset that challenges the status quo • Strong focus and attention to detail • Familiarity with HRIS and people systems (Workday, Asana, Freshservice) • Proficiency in Excel • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, PHR or SHRM certification preferred
