Description

• Enhance and scale People Operations by identifying opportunities to improve existing processes and workflows, balancing efficiency with employee experience. • Deeply committed to enhancing the employee experience. • Proactively addresses and supports employee questions and requests related to HR policies, projects, programs, and benefits. • Leverage people data and turn data into insights. • Spearhead People Operations projects and develop plans & recommendations. • Establish and maintain trusted relationships to effectively collaborate with key global stakeholders. • Model and ensure the highest standard of confidentiality in data handling. • Manage and lead audits of HR processes to maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements. • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment with limited data. • Ability to manage multiple critical priorities while maintaining attention to detail. • Mentor and coach team members to their highest potential.

Requirements

• 8+ Years of experience in HR Ops / People Operations • Proven experience in designing, implementing, scaling, and optimizing global HR processes, programs and complex operations • Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and legal requirements • Confidence to make strategic decisions leveraging data • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships & influence at all levels of the organization • Excellent communication, written, verbal, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Ability to handle confidential data with discretion and care
