Abramson Labor Group seeks a Sales Operations Manager to lead sales team and drive results.
Lead and motivate sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives • Review sales reports, understand findings and present/discuss results with the firm’s CMO • Conduct weekly performance meetings with Sales team members • Recognize, create, and implement process improvements within the sales organization to optimize employee workflows • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed • Assist in creating and maintaining sales standard operating procedures • Interview new sales team members • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members • Reach sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
