Description
• Develop and execute creative concepts for various marketing campaigns, including digital and print media. • Design visually appealing graphics, layouts, and templates for websites, social media ads, Google ads, brochure, Google slides, email marketing, advertisements, and other marketing collateral. • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and messaging goals. • Ensure all designs are on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and marketing. • Provide creative input and ideas during brainstorming sessions and team meetings. • Adapt and iterate designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field. • 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment. • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout. • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. • Basic animation and motion graphics skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly. • Ability to thrive in a chaotic and fast-paced environment, handling stress and rapid turnarounds with ease. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital and print media. • Experience with video editing and animation is a plus. • Experience in landing page design and familiarity with Figma is a plus.
