• Trigger various workflow automations for onboarding and managing mentor/mentee administrative tasks • Serve as the administrator for our texting platform that communicates with both parents (customers) and mentors (employees) and answer questions through email • Manage our master operations spreadsheet and taking appropriate action as needed to keep operations running smoothly • Manage customer records in our billing system (Stripe) and mentor (employee) records in our internal HR system
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study • Past experience in a operations, project management, or customer success related position • Intrinsically detail-oriented and organized – you’ll be working with lots of data and systems that are key to our success • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail • Proficiency with Excel/ Google Sheets • College athletic experience • Start-up experience
