• The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for building a referral program that sufficiently rewards our partners for referring their clients and tracks referrals effectively in an automated fashion. • They will build campaigns and processes to sign new partners, onboard them, and keep them engaged in the program. • Responsibilities include managing our processes and technology that support our referral program.
• 8+ years of experience in partner marketing, ideally in the fintech space. Experience working in the Sage, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics channels would be a plus. • Experience building and/or managing a referral program • Strong analytical skills and the ability to test, adapt, and pivot as needed • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ownership of your function and the ability to build and execute on your strategy with minimal supervision • The ability to collaborate with counterparts in sales, other marketing teams, and the partner to gain buy in for mutually beneficial plans • Ambition and drive to set and achieve goals
