• Provide pre-sales support as a Sales Development Representative • Identify and generate sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calling and emailing activities • Work well under pressure • Think out-of-the-box • Easily initiate relaxed but informative phone conversations with prospects • Highly self-motivated • Digitizing and automating change order process in commercial construction industry

Requirements

• 1+ year of B2B cold-calling and CRM experience • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Fearlessness and courage to challenge the status quo • Flexibility • Intellectual horsepower to become an expert in Clearstory and commercial construction • Deep understanding of email communication • Ambitious and driven • Ability to manage complex cold-calls with various personas and personalities • Comfortable with modern sales tools
