• Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies • Collaborate with Product and Sales leadership • Identify efficient marketing investment areas • Support multi-channel demand generation campaigns • Analyze and report on experiment results • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) • Opportunity to build out demand gen and campaign management functions
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred) • Proven experience (4+ years) in growth, demand generation, or a similar role within the technology or AI industry • Strong track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies and demand generation campaigns • Experience in designing and implementing marketing experiments, with a solid understanding of A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels • Experience in enterprise SaaS and/or AI preferred
