• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including market penetration, brand awareness, and product adoption. • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with sales, product, and clinical teams. • Drive omnichannel marketing efforts, leveraging digital, print, and in-person channels to reach multiple stakeholders within acute care hospitals. • Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and R&D, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives. • Develop and execute pricing, segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies to maximize market potential. • Oversee the management of marketing automation tools and CRM systems to optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market dynamics to inform strategy and decision-making. • Ensure all marketing activities are patient-centric and aligned with the company’s mission and values. • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to enhance effectiveness and ROI. • Foster a "yes we can" mindset within the team, promoting collaboration and innovative problem-solving.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on enterprise-level marketing within the acute care hospital sector. • Proven experience in leading successful product launches and omnichannel promotional campaigns. • Strong background in strategy development, pricing, segmentation, targeting, and positioning. • Experience managing disruptive technologies in a startup environment. • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools. • Ability to travel 25%-35% of the time. • MBA preferred.
