• Source and recruit high-performing candidates nationally. • Oversee compliant and best-practice onboarding and offboarding processes. • Administer performance management, compensation, talent development. • Partner with Payroll for compliance and records management. • Provide support and guidance on personnel issues and workforce engagement. • Investigate and address employee complaints and grievances. • Ensure comprehensive and compliant collection of employee data. • Drive the optimization of People systems and policies. • Maintain knowledge of employment laws and ensure compliance. • Communicate People policies and procedures to employees. • Maintain employee records and manage data entry with integrity.
• 3-5 years of HR experience in fast-growing companies. • Strong understanding of labor laws and best practices in People & Talent. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • A self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities. • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work independently with a solutions-oriented mindset. • Interest in developing analytical skills, with a strong ability to follow and communicate processes, while being detail-oriented and adaptable in problem-solving. • Demonstrated discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information. • Strong self-management and interpersonal skills. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Experience with HRIS is required; familiarity with Trinet is a plus. • SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
