• The HR Manager plays a pivotal role within the Human Resources Department. • Focus on Learning and Development, responsible for training programs. • Collaborates with Chief People Officer to execute learning strategies. • Supports TVHC’s mission and values to drive organizational success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in organizational development, learning and development or related field required, preferably in a healthcare or non-profit setting. • Proven experience designing and implementing organizational development and employee engagement initiatives required. • Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities required. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems preferred. • Deep operational mindset and proven track record in process optimization and execution. • Ability to lead/ project manage cross-functional teams working on complex, operational and strategic initiatives. • Stellar project management skills: proven ability to build, communicate, and track progress toward timelines and milestones. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach. • Ability to travel to designated locations.
