• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various methods • Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to understand their needs • Initiate conversations with potential clients and introduce them to Ease's products/services • Assess the potential of leads by determining their fit with our product offerings • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads • Maintain consistent and professional follow-up communication with leads • Stay updated with industry trends and Ease’s product knowledge
• 1-2 years of prospecting experience calling into decision makers OR a recent business or economics degree graduate • Business to business experience and/or SaaS software experience preferred but not essential • Self-starter who takes initiative to achieve goals, competitive and motivated • Ability to actively listen to assess prospect needs and opportunities • Sales training and Salesforce experience a plus • College degree or equivalent experience desirable • Preferred but not required, Bi-lingual English/Spanish
