• Head of Sales Strategy & Operations key leader driving growth and success • Build and scale sales teams in a B2B SaaS environment • Develop and operationalize strategy for Sales Ops department • Establish growth strategies and advise on key company discussions • Manage sales forecasting and drive cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, supporting direct, indirect/overlay, and channel sales • Passion for solving complex problems with the willingness to be hands-on with the team • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, determine insights, and develop programs to drive productivity and efficiencies • Expert program management experience with a track record of delivering transformational results across a complex portfolio of projects • Strong operational background, directly leading day-to-day business operations • Strong organizational development, communication, and leadership skills • Familiar with a variety of sales team structures (inside, field, channel), customer segments (small business, mid-market, and enterprise), and working in multiple geographies (North America, EMEA, ANZ & CAD) • Flexibility, with the ability to adjust as needed, with a sense of urgency and a passion for new ideas • Must have SaaS, Telephony, or High-Tech experience
