• The Vice President of Retail Sales will lead our retail sales strategy, driving growth and customer satisfaction across the retail sector. • This role exists to build a high-performing sales organization that excels in customer acquisition and expansion in the tech-driven retail industry. • The VP will play a critical role in ensuring the company meets its revenue goals by leveraging data-driven strategies, fostering deep customer relationships, and collaborating across teams. • The successful candidate will significantly contribute to the company’s growth by implementing strategies that enhance market penetration and strengthen the brand within the retail industry.
• 10+ years in senior sales leadership roles, with significant experience in the retail industry • 15+ years in sales or related roles, with proven experience driving revenue in high-growth tech environments • Experience building and scaling world-class sales teams, with a focus on hiring, onboarding, and developing talent • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to drive a culture of high performance and accountability • Strong analytical skills, with a track record of leveraging data to drive sales strategy and results • Deep experience in managing complex, large-scale sales engagements in the retail tech space • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and develop long-term, trusted partnerships with C-level executives • Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling B2B SaaS company preferred • Familiarity with retail technology platforms and integrations, including Salesforce and other CRM tools is a plus
