• Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the mid-market segment. • Set and achieve sales targets, including revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability goals. • Identify new market opportunities and key industry trends to expand the customer base. • Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of mid-market sales representatives and managers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key mid-market clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. • Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness. • Work closely with product teams to communicate customer feedback and market insights to influence product development.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). • Proven experience (typically 7-10+ years) in sales leadership roles, particularly in the mid-market or B2B space. • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Experience managing and scaling sales teams. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari) and sales analytics. • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. • Preferred Skills: • Experience in the technology, SaaS, or digital services sectors. • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the market and industry trends. • Strong negotiation and contract management skills. • Results-oriented with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
